Method and privacy

How the workbook works—and what it does not do.

Transparency is part of the tool. This page explains the design, the limits, and how private inputs are handled.

Design purpose

The site is designed around a simple decision principle: before sending a message, separate purpose, permission, safety, urgency, and your capacity to accept the response. The Contact Decision Map turns those factors into a private next-step plan. It is not a score, personality test, diagnostic assessment, or prediction engine.

How the map creates a result

The map uses the answers you select in your browser. Safety concerns take priority. A clear request for space leads to a boundary-first plan. A genuine practical deadline leads to a narrow logistics plan. A possible repair attempt is only suggested when you report feeling settled, no known safety concern, no clear request for no contact, and capacity to accept silence. The exact reasoning is shown in the result instead of hidden behind an unexplained score.

Privacy

The map runs entirely in the browser. It does not create an account, save workbook answers, send a message, or store a relationship history. The optional print/save action uses your own browser’s print function. The contact form is separate and should not be used for sensitive personal information.

Sources and limits

The workbooks are original reflection structures. They use public support resources to set appropriate boundaries around safety and crisis topics. They do not convert group research into a conclusion about any individual relationship. See sources and support for direct links and context.

Publisher and correction route

This independent site is published by Alnto Tsekou. The publisher is not presented as a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or relationship-coaching professional. If a resource is unclear, unsuitable, or factually wrong, use the contact form to report it. Material corrections are reviewed and made when appropriate.
